Sessions At Scol Kensa
Scol Kensa is open from 8.00am to 5.00pm as our core hours. We do offer extra hours from 7am-8am and 5pm-6pm by arrangement, enquire for more information. We offer flexible childcare throughout the day.

Our Rooms
Scol Kensa is split into two rooms, perfect for allowing your children to flourish in an area most adapted to their needs and learning requirements. When ready, our Caterpillars become beautiful Butterflies to continue their pre-school journey before moving on to school.
Caterpillars
Our Caterpillar Room is designed to allow for children from the age of 9 months up to 3 years.
Butterflies
The Butterflies Room accommodates children from the age of three until they leave for school.
Fees & Funding
We charge quarter hourly, enabling parents/carers full flexibility in choosing their hours with a two hour session being the minimum requirement.
If your child attends between 11.30am and 12.30pm, you will need to provide them with a named packed lunch and drink. Minimum session time will be 2 hours and must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Nursery Education Grant Funding for 3 and 4 years olds can be used at Stepping Stones with the funding commencing the term after they turn 3. We also accept 15 hours 2 year old funding.
Working parents may also be eligible for free 30 hours funding. For further information visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk
Funding can be used between 8am and 6pm. We are happy to accept childcare vouchers at Stepping Stones and if you are working you may be eligible to additional tax credits & Tax Free Childcare to help towards your childcare costs.
We ask that you pay a £20.00 administration charge in the autumn Term of each school year (this is voluntary if fully funded) , if your child starts in the spring or summer term there is a charge of £10 per term
